    spacious & overall clean hotel, excellent service, good and lovely location by the gondola. location not far from pirin mountain, the town center and the centre. for shots visit la veranda bar & lounge, nestled within 15 minutes' walk of the venue.

    Cozy lobby with fireplace added a warm ambiance.

    First, the breakfast was quite disappointing, lacking variety and freshness, frustrating for sustaining energy during our skiing trips. The room ambiance suffered as it was slightly dusty, and the bathroom felt cramped and uncomfortable. I also experienced issues with the room's lighting, as a buzzing sound from one of the fixtures was quite annoying.

    The room was spacious. The breakfast was great with fresh pastries daily and excellent coffee. The staff were lovely, always accommodating and friendly.

The playroom was a delight for my kids, though it was small, it catered perfectly to their needs.     Fantastic hotel with excellent spa facilities

    I recently spent 6 nights in a spacious studio with a balcony that offered fine mountain views. The spa area was a highlight, with a well-maintained pool and a relaxing jacuzzi, perfect after a long day of skiing. The daily housekeeping was perfect, and receiving chocolate sweets each day added a nice touch to our stay. The shuttle service to the gondola was convenient, although it would be great if they shared more info upfront.
